If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the monthly fees excluding any applicable setup fees, data charges over 10GB, 3rd party services or overages.
To cancel your service with CopyCat you must login to the Client Area and submit a ticket requesting the cancellation of your account.
Upon cancellation of services, all charges will cease at the end of your current billed period. No part credit or refund will be issued for early cancellation. Due to security concerns, all account cancellations must be confirmed by phone.
